Acknowlegements

So James and Justin Bell, and the rest of the assorted people in the Finacail Aid Office were talking about the acknowlagement pages in thesises. And James mentioned that there were so many people who wereimportant to him who were not on his thesis acknowlagements, because he didn't know them then.

And I thought: we need life acknowlagements, and every year, or month, we will update them.

So start now: who has made your life the way it is today? negative or positive ? and how will you word it?

My Mom, for giving me common sense and making me paranoid (it's often a good thing to be).

My Stepdad, for being a shining example of how a man should treat his woman.

My friend Victoria (lj: samuraipixi) for being just about the most thoughtful person I know and for constantly being on my wavelength at an eerie level.

My friend Sherry for keeping me in Florida and helping revive and rebuild my social life in college.

LARPers and Company for making me just feel like an awesome person when I'm feeling down on myself.

Grandma Patsy, for giving me something to look forward to in old age, and giving me plenty of stories.
