I'll put in another vote for Black Cauldron, because I have not seen it yet and because practically everyone whose opinions I value has recommended it to me.

I will also vote for Mulan, but that's just because I've been in a Mulan-mood lately (and I'm mourning my dead video cassette of it).

Awesome list, though, especially the 1973-1994 picks.
