Drum roll please...
Dec. 11th, 2006 01:43 pmI have a job!
The job at New College that I interviewed for on Friday is mine. I started today. So far, so good. Very Low key, what with finals and all, so I have some time to get into the swing of things here. I'm working in the financial aid office, 35 hours a week. it is at least a full time-ish position that has given me an in at the college again. so that is good.
Symposium was lovely, although smallish, and much fun. Saturday was clean up from that, and Sunday was christmas shopping paired with an expidition to Seista Key. The weather was a bit chill, and the water was freezing, but I shelled quite happly without going in over my knees. Then on the way home we went to Taste of Toyko, (Fantastic Sushi!) and thence to bed. So a good weekend, and a new job. The world is good.
